Tucked behind Avalon, Hermit Gulch is Catalina’s most serene escape — with campfires, stars, and the trail just steps away.

 

Campground

Located 1.5 miles up Avalon Canyon from the ferry terminal. Hermit Gulch Campground has easy access to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, island tours, and other outdoor recreational adventures.

Tent Cabins are equipped with 3 to 6 army cots, a 2-burner propane stove, propane canister, and lantern. Please be sure to bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, and cookware.
